In early 2023, I began working with my friends at Bike Shed Moto Co. to help ramp up their e-commerce revenue through email. Not only did I overhaul the design and execution of their marketing emails, but I also helped build several new workflows, including abandoned cart emails, browse abandonment emails, lapsed purchasers, and never-purchased emails to help get consumers to engage and convert.  With these updates, I increased transactional email revenue from workflows by 126% in 3 months and saw a significant uptick in CTR in marketing emails and revenue.
